If it is a matter of washing in the direct sun, then you can always get one of those canopies or tents to go over the car. You may have to move it around as the sun moves to keep it in the shade.
If it is a matter of washing the car in the heat...and the heat causing the water to evaporate too quickly...well, I'm not really sure what you can do for that. Early AM washing might be your best bet.

I wash in the late afternoon like, 5PM ish.
As far as bad to wash the car during heat, I just hate how it leaves water spots and if the soap dries up it could discolor the paint.
...but dont quote me on those

water will evaporate more quickly on a hot car than on a cold car.
and if the water has any minerals at all, they can spot (and stain) the paint.
if you have ever washed a warm car you probably have experienced this- before you can dry it off, it begins to dry itsself and spot. then you have to rewash the spotted area and hope that you can get the spots off!!
before clear coats, we worried about getting micro cracks in the paint from washing hot cars...
also waxing a hot car makes the wax evaporate too quickly and it will not cure properly... same applies for synthetics.
