Default How to clean top without hose

I haven't cleaned my top in about 5 weeks but how would I do it without a hose? I was going to clean my car with some ONR this weekend but I realized that I usually have to rinse off the top after using 303 vinyl cleaner. Any suggestions?
Here is what I have available:
Bucket
Sponges
Water
MF towels
303 Cleaner and protectant
ONR

Well this isn't "without a hose" but here's what I last did. I washed it with Raggtopp convertible top cleaner. Then (since we're on water restrictions here) I drove it to the local coin operated car wash and used their wand to wash the cleaner off the top.

A bit of a hassle and $2 worth of quarters I'd rather not spend, but with water restrictions in place here for months now, I was left with few other options.

ONR - is optimum no rinse. Sorry should have been more clear.

Damp mf towel. It's not delicate like clearcoat.
