I found it was very easy to use too much AIO by PC, which made buffing off AIO somewhat difficult. The second time around I used alot less product on the pad (3 dots on the pad spaced out), and buffing off was 1000x easier.

I dont really like to buff with the PC. I dont think it does as good a job as an orbital or by hand. I could be using the wrong buffing bonnets, but I dont think so. Im going to try it again. The one time I tried to buff with a PC, I put WAY too much AIO, so maybe that was my problem.

^^^I think it you cut down on the amount of product you use you'll find the AIO comes off easier.

I didn't buff by PC either... I meant using less AIO on application using a PC made regular hand buffing off much easier. I've always known SG had buffing off issues if too much was used, but I had never encountered the same with AIO until I started using AIO with PC to apply.

oh and regarding applying AIO by hand or PC... I used to think it was better by hand, but after I started using alot less AIO on the pad for application, PC is definately the better way to go. Faster and definately does a better job removing very light swirls.

quick question..when hand buffing off the wax do you go in a circular or up and down motion?

I usually work "up and down" (front of car to back) to minimize swirls. Make sure to use a couple of buffing cloths. Microfiber would be good.

Which wax did you decide to go with?
