Default left out for 2months

i recently have gotten my car back from the dealer, goin back and forward with a bent valve warranty issue, and they finally fixed it at their dollar. i washed my car today and it seems that i guess them leaving it out in the sun the whole time let all the enviroment grime get stuck in my paint cuz when you slide your hand across it after it was washed it still feels like sandpaper. any advice on what kind of clay would get it fixed ie: clay magic,.... and since they left it out in the sun i have an 01 with plastic window and its ruined looks like the pollen and dirt kinda burnt into the plastic leaving a dark brown/yellowish look and you cant scrape it off any advice? i am goin back to honda to see if they gonna cover it because i cant see out of the rear

clay magic should do the trick for your paint. i forget the brand everyone uses on plastics but it may work. if you happen to have extra cash this is a opportunity to get a glass rear window or a hard top if your into those.
