Can you catch your fingernail on it?
If not, it looks like it may just be a light scuff. Any light cleaner/polish should be able to remove it. I recommend Meguiar's SwirlX. If it's deeper, use Meguiar's Ultimate Compound, followed by SwirlX. Wax afterwards.
