Hey DJ

It's Aaron (d00t on every other forum but this one). I agree.. I was recommended Poorboys polishes way back when I first got in to detailing--what a waste of money.

If you want to do it yourself, and don't want to spend a lot of coin, pick up some M105 and M205. Then get some foam applicator pads, and get ready to spend hours on the trunk alone. And then the hood the next day (as your arm will be dead). This route will cost out less than $100 but requires a LOT of elbow grease.

If you want to start getting in to it more hardcore, budget about $300-400 for one of DetailersDomain kits, some OK wax (such as lusso oro), and a good sealant (Optimum Poliseal or Optiseal). And you'll need about 10-15 MFs and a good drying towel.

All I mentioned is found at detailersdomain.com but again, be ready to budget about $300-400.
