Default Plastic Window Folds

Hi everyone,

I do my weekly cleaning on the car, everything looks excellent, except the Rear Plastic Window, seems so out of place.

So i went out to buy a Plexus, and used it on the Rear Plastic Window, it made it shine, but i just couldn't remove the middle area going across the whole window, 4-5 cm in Height and from left to right, i came to the conclusion it was the constant folding of the Top causing it, it also resulted in fogging during Cold Mornings.

Do I need to replace the plastic window? any recommendation to remove those folds. what product would be best for defogger?

Thanks Guys

Empty a full kettle of boiled water along the top of the screen, it will melt the screen then when it starts to pull tight open the roof half way, the natural curve goes in the right place. Then i use BMW plastic window refurber and polish inside and out.

Ahhh... I knew I was doing something wrong. Someone recommended that I open the top first then pour the boiled water. I still had some creases afterwards. fyi... your neighbors will definately think you're loony if they already don't think you are.

Also, I just bought one of these seems to work great:

I tried using a towel, but it was still creasing.

They already do, waxing the car at 11pm at night with a couple of flood lights before a meet the following morning, practicing ninjitsu (sword fight) in the back garden, polishing the exhaust cans.

Poring a kettle of boiled water over it seems nothing.

x2k i just boil the kettle and then pour it on.
