scratches on the windshield!

Default scratches on the windshield!

i was trying to remove hard waterspots on my windshield and i used mx-7 and a green scour pad. after i did that i noticed that i made alot of swirl marks and sratches on the windshield! so i need advice on what do to. the swirl marks are pretty bad on the windshield so something aggressive would be needed... thanks in advance!

I too have scratches, actually bad ones. I left them alone as any product will fill the scratches in and reduce visibility. Luckily mine on the right vertical pane in front of the passenger. I'll simply replace my windshield when the time comes.

guys- depends on how bad the scratches are...
if they are from a pad, you might be able to get them out or at least make them a bit better. worth trying since this is a lot less expensive than a new windshield!:

for light scratches in the glass, best way is with glass polish.
