Default Shining Monkey polish

I polished my car with shining monkey polish/PC. How often should I polish b/c I dont want to poish off the clearcoat? Does anyone use this? What do you think?

Can someone pm me a good list of cleaning supplies and pads for PC they like. The PC is new to me.
Thanks

how often you polish is a personal decision...
the "average car" is never polished-
its just us guys who dont like swirls and scratches and who like keeping the car as new as possible who worry about stuff like this!
(glad you are one of us)
imo, you should do swirl removals when you cant cover them anymore!
(swirl removers are the least aggressive polish, and you can swirl remove fairly often with no significant clear damage).
when you get into the more aggressive polishes- fine cuts and above- is when you would start considering polishing less than once or twice a year. but if you have to polish a couple times a year, imo you need to do something else to prevent the scratches that you are getting!
more info on the process is in here:

I don't have anything to add. I just like saying "Shining Monkey polish".
