Default Shoe-Polish attack

OK so my car was parked in the parking lot.
Some dumbass decided that it would be funny if he wrote on everyones' carswindows.
So my car has white flakes on the windows and a little bit on the trim around the window.
Im pretty sure it is shoe-polish.
I got a lot of it off just washing it and pushing hard with microfiber.
Ive even had someone try using their fingernail.
Does anyone know a way to get this off?????
I washed my car today and it didnt come off...

Any help is a ppreciated!
thanks...
(sorry if i use bad grammar and spelling)

Razor blade. Like the ones you put into those silver Stanley box cutters. Hold it flat to the glass and it'll clean your glass right up without scratching it - just be patient.

This is actually pretty commonplace so don't be too worried, assuming it's actually shoe polish. People used shoe polish for years, and often still do, to create numbers for their cars at track events and autocrosses. Drag strip guys use it too for their dial in times and whatnot.

WD40 dissolves it. Just wash your car after to get rid of the greasy WD40 film.

You could also try using some clay+QD. Just do it like you would your paint.

If using a razorblade, wet the glass with some glass cleaner first. I razorblade my windshield a couple times a year, and clay my windows twice a year.
