Use 303 on the soft top.

For best protection of the paint use a polymer synthetic such as Autoglym Super Resin + Extra Gloss/Klasse AIO + SG/Blackfire/Platinum.

 

and many of us will tell you to zaino that car!
and i agree with nick about the 303... vinylex is another choice for the top.
the top is vinyl so you dont have to preserve it... as you would have to do with a cloth top.

 

Most polymer type sealant can protect your paint for a long time. Most of the stuff people reccomend here are not widely available. You can check out Meguair's #20 though, it's just as durable as anything out there and is locally available to most of us. For a better shine, you can always top a carnauba wax such as Gold Class, which has 0 durability or #26, which is quite nice and should last you 3-4 weeks, on top if you have a darker colored car.

Polymer sealants usually last for about 4-6 months depending on condition.
