Get a cordless leaf blower, you can use it blow misc. leaves and other gunk out of your garage without having to plug it in everytime.

Plugging the damn thing in is half the battle, something lithium ion battery powered should be your blower of choice.

Why sweep when you can leaf blow all of it out.

Yup, this is what I do. I get rid of the remaining by spraying some quick detailer and picking it up with a plush towel.

EDIT: When you're blowing (lol) make sure to be careful of the rubber trim around the windshield. I wasn't aware the first time I did it but the air lifted up the rubber from one side and now it's always sticking up no matter how much I press it down.
