Touch up paint and clay bar
There is this line of paint chips that has been bugging me. I can feel the rough edges of the paint. First I would wash the car with dawn. I know that I am suppose to do a little bit of wet sanding with 1500 sandpaper. After that am I suppose to clay bar the area first or put on the touch up paint?
Anyone have recommendations for touch up paint and where should I get it?
Thanks

Here's a link to Handa...get a paint pen. I hear the yellows are very hard to match so good luck, better than bare metal

Also instead of wet sanding , try claybaring the paint blob after 8 hours. I found it works very well and is less stressful to your finish. Be sure to turn the clay frequently because the paint that is removed from the blob will scratch your clearcoat...I know because it did it on me

It cost twice as much for the Spa yellow pen. It contains two pens though.
How does the pen compare to the brush that I can get from the dealership?

pens are much easier to work with as they limit how much paint goes into a chip. Brushes are for large scratches like you get under the front bumper from scrapes.
