Stephan you are absolutely the worst person I have ever delt with, as a business owner myself your number one priority should always be your customers even if they're right or wrong. You continue to give everyone different answers, the run around,and are not responsive. For you not to be able to refund and use peoples hard earned money for your own pleasures is highly look frowned upon. Always over promising but never delivering. I would really like a solid firm answer and for you to be direct but you lack business skills and communication skill. You are nothing but a fraud, a scam artist, using people's hard earned money for you personal gain. Karma will catch up to your... I usually don't say thing like this but I hope you and your business fail like the rotting person you are.

 

Well, you certainly aren't going to get your refund anytime soon. He is in Japan per his Instagram. Hope you get it all straightened out ASAP. It looks like his new products are pretty good- his customer service, or the lack thereof, not so much. Good luck.
