Forged, I don't see a reason to lock this thread. If the customer has a valid complaint then it will come out in the long run. And if they don't, that will also come out.

Everybody company receives complaints. It is the manner in which they deal with them that makes the difference.

All that said, pikku, let's leave it until you have spoken calmly and rationally with Forged and see if you can resolve your differences.

But as you mentioned it, I'd still be interested in the fitment photos.

Unless I'm mistaken, I'm the only mod posting here.

I don't think there is more to be said publicly, which is why I have asked everybody to cool off (three times at last count). But don't make the mistake that because you're a paying sponsor you own me. My obligation is to the members of this board and this community. I would love to see this settled amicably and without love lost.

Why not just re-offer the 75% money refund.

If that offer was truly made it was / is / does seem more than fair as a refund for the custom nature of this special order. It appears to me that both sides have incurred additional pains, suffering, and costs, including down-time, shipping, fabrication etc...thus should not be the 100% burden to either party.

Typically return and restock fees are the nature of doing business.....if Forged did in fact offer a 75% refund that is more than what is offered in my field where special order products are completely non-refundable.

I am not saying that either party is right or wrong.....but since the original poster made the comment that "Forged did not offer 75% refund"......why not extend the offer again here publicly.......?

Yes, after hearing both sides, I agree this would be the quickest way to resolve the issue. At this point, if I was Forged, the 75% loss? Would more then make up for the retained future customers here at s2ki. Sometimes you just have to take it in the shorts in the short term to come out ahead in the long run.

Thought I should edit the title though. Was a little biased.
