It seems like Forged isn't going to let the money go. They have the manifold and the money, along with the money you had to pay to ship it back. I would take it higher, maybe civil court. Good luck.

Also, where are the figment issue photos?

 

It was only the ramhorn manifold i purchased for $750, plus powder coating. As you can see, Trackforged is currently reading the thread, but won't respond to my messages. At the end of the day, they still have the manifold I sent back, and are trying to keep the money I paid them. That is the issue i have with them at the moment. It's my hard earned money, and they are trying to take it from me. All I ask is for the refund, I even accepted to take 75% of it, and still no response.

I talked and received my kit from them today.. They sound more than happy to offer you the 75% back. Its not very hard to get a hold of them and dave has answered all my calls and questions.

As for my product, the kit looks flawless and packaging was more than sufficient, just need to check fitment. Hope you can work this out.

 

It should not take 36 plus hours to post pictures. You've already posted a picture of Vince's statement-why the delay in posting pics of the fitment issue(s)?

IMO, Forged is the one who should post pics from the test car they mentioned, secondly Forged had also been strangely absent from replying...?

 

Vince from CTD took pictures months ago, I asked him to look for it, and he is still in the process. So if he can't find them in his camera, than there won't be any.
