As for my product, the kit looks flawless and packaging was more than sufficient, just need to check fitment. Hope you can work this out.
Hey would love to see some pics of there manifold mounted on the car without the turbo installed. I really like the look of there kit.I have been seriously considering ditching my pfab log for there mani. Do a little writeup on the install curious to see how well it fits. Oh and i'm sure there answering your calls, you just gave them 6g's.

If it's so easy to get a hold of them, than why did my 10 phone calls, and multiply email messages not get any response? I heard good things about there sidewinder setup, but I am talking about their ram horn manifold. Two different things. Look at all my posted messages, I agreed to do the 75%. If they were more than happy, why won't they respond back to me? I'm glad you had a good experience with them, but don't assume that every situation is the same.

OP did you buy this as an off the shelf manifold or something they were custom making for you to fit something out of the norm?

Seems that has yet to be clarified. Several of your posts seem to indicate that it wasn't custom, but obviously Forged Performance/Trackforged, are saying it was...

I purchased this as off the shelf. They told me it would fit up to a 6262. Most fabricators use welding jigs to make their manifolds. Name me any company that makes custom manifolds without the car being physically there?

As you can read from my post. I have attempted to call them many times. I have sent messages today, and yesterday. I have called and just stated my experience in trying to contact them. If you look on the bottom of your screen, it tells you who is currently active in this forum. I have seen them active on the bottom today a few times. That tells me they are ignoring me. I am honestly trying to handle this in the most professional manner as possible. I have agreed to their terms, even showed proof of a tracking number. I already told them I would delete this post when I get my 75% back. What more do you want me to say? Their website states that the best and fastest way to contact them is through email. I have done both, and just waiting on a response from them. So please, don't make it sound like I'm not doing my part to try to contact them, because I honestly am.

Finally got a response from Forged.
"This is the last time we will respond to you . If you had came to us with intention on amicable resolution from the start we would not be in this situation. After careful deliberation we will not be refunding your money back. The bank has sided with us on the fitment issue and have credit us back our money from your charge back. We were more then helpful and willing to help on getting your money back or reach a resolution, but after the all the work you have created from the charge back and on the forum discussion I don't think you even have the intention on working with us toward amicable resolution. Since you were not interested in working out our differences we will not give in to your continual harassment and slandering. I have contacted our lawyer . If you do not stop slandering our name on the Internet I will consider taking you court for harassment. Please stop your action before we have to settle this in court."David Huang
So they are basically trying to steal $750 of my money. You guys stole from me, at least give me back my money. I gave you guys over $750, mailed you guys your manifold back, and you still won't do anything to resolve my issue. $750 is a small price to pay for me if it would help everyone else know how you deal with your clients. Your motor mount and different turbo accusations hold no water, since I have receipts, and factual evidence to back up my claim. This is a public forum, and people should be able to know how some companies work. That is part of living in a free country. If you can't make your customers happy, how do you expect to get a good word out? I'm not slandering your name, but just stating my experience.

I agree it would be very unusual for them to build a "custom" manifold for a car they didn't have in front of them. However if they had another S2000 at their shop to test on, I suppose it is possible.

Either way, I don't see how you aren't entitled to a FULL refund (and certainly 75%). They gave you a defective and non-functioning product, it is their responsibility to fix it or refund...

Being someone seriously looking at FI in the near future, this thread has opened my eyes greatly. I rarely post on here as you can tell but having had experiences like this in the past I can relate to the aggravation. Yet another dead-beat aftermarket company...
