Wanted to share a positive experience with Moddiction. I previously purchased the convex mirrors from a private sale. The mirrors didn't come with instructions, but after emailing, Moddiction sent me the instructions quickly for me to install.

 

bought aem v2 and id 1000 couple years ago and he shipped them to me to Canada np. Super fast shipping and fantastic price.

 

Placed an order on 10/26 and I still have not received my item. Tried to contact Moddiction through email, phone, fb and s2ki but still no response. I've ordered through them multiple times and never had an issue until this one. Pls Rspnd. Order number: 17299-79489-96723

 

Same here, I placed an order on 10/24 and have not received it yet. No responds to email, voicemail,IM. I finally started a case with Paypal a few days ago, no respond from them yet.

 

I wish i would've seen this thread prior to placing an order last week. I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone or any email response about why my order hasnt shipped yet..

 

Mine from Black Friday just showed up yesterday. No response via email, PM, or on the forum, but I did get a shipping update on Friday. Not making excusing, but he's likely backed up. I'd still like to see some communication, but the product did show up.

 

Maybe I'll hold out for a little bit and see what happens then. Glad to see you at least received your order.

I ordered a clutch 10 days ago and paid $94 for 3-day shipping. I have sent 2 emails, called a dozen times leaving two messages, and even tried sending a Facebook message. I haven't received any responses. My car is just sitting in the shop and waiting for this clutch to show up, so I've been out of my car for a week more than I planned.

I would be happy with a tracking number or at least a simple "we're out of stock but will be shipping asap".

Anyone else having this same experience right now?
