Wow, I had just ordered a part from him like a month ago with no problems. Timing Chain Tensioner. It accidentally got shipped to old address, he rectified it and sent out a new one to my current address with no problem. Was able to call him and speak directly with him. I think he's a pretty good guy and people just need to be patient and be a little understanding. Maybe refund and spend more and get it elsewhere, sometimes we all can't have things perfect all the time in life.

 

i'm in the same boat as you, ordered my top on 5/30 and haven't heard any responses to my emails...

 

Sent Jeff Goetz aka hard top guy a money order for a hydrolocked shortblock over a month ago. he doesn't reply to email's or pm's. And I have yet to recieve the engine i paid for. And notice he hasn't replied to any of these posts.

Well since i dont remeber my old password for (whodatnation) i made a new sn. So let me refresh my story. i order cr inteior pieces from htg about two weeks ago. (First time i ever order from him) i get a shipping conformation last thursday and my parts arrived today. i understand jeff is having some issues at the moment, but thats not going to stop me from ordering from him.

 

I'm pretty disappointed that other people are ordering and receiving timing chain tensioners after I ordered and paid for one myself.

My main gripe is that HTG is not replying to my emails and PM's trying to find out what is happening.

I'm now at the 45 day point which is the maximum time that I can raise a paypal dispute.

I'm at around a month since ordering my CR Shift Boot, Hardtop Strikers, Black JDM Honda badges, AP2 Tail Conversion Kit.

Was $400ish.... This is getting ridiculous.

I have emailed him once a week and left him voice mails once a week for the last 4-5 weeks!

Well I am having trouble getting ahold of hardtopguy. Spent almost 750ish. I ordered 4.77 gears cyro treated , yellow box, and installation parts for my 05 s2000. I received the installation parts the first week I ordered the gears. Now I am just waitting for the rest. When I ordered the parts I was told it would take 2 weeks to get the gears back from getting cyro treated. Well that was a month ago and still haven't heard from him. I have left 2 e-mails, a PM on this site and have called him everyday for the past 2 weeks leaving msg's couple times. Last time I called it wouldn't even let me leave a msg because it was blocked.... I know he is a very busy guy, but I would think he could of answered me back by now.. Is he sick or away from his job right now? Does anyone know or could help me get ahold of him? I really need to get these parts soon. I am not here to bash on him. I just need to get ahold of him to see when I can get my items. I have bought items from him before and didn't have this much trouble before. He is a very nice and helpfully guy when I placed my order.
