I figure I should chime in here. I've boughten many things off Jeff through the years, and my latest buy was an OEM hardtop. I got my softtop slashed and seats stolen, and he was the first vendor in mind to contact. Even though his latest group buy on hardtops had expired, he gave me a good deal on an OEM hardtop plus hardware at the expired groupbuy price.
When I received my hardtop I opened the box to this:

I obviously refused the the shipment, and this was definitely not Jeff's fault, but rather the freight companies. I was extremely frustrated, I've been without my car for a month and a half, and I removed all the softtop components out of my car waiting on the hardtop. I will say that it was a little difficult reaching Jeff to make him aware of the situation, but when I got a hold of him he rectified the situation immediately, and sent out a new hardtop/hardware. It came in perfect condition and I'm just about done installing everything.
It's obvious he became overwhelmed due to many circumstances, but it looks like everything is getting back to normal. Give him the benefit of the doubt here, and try to look past this short stint of down time on his part. There's no doubt in my mind that he'll "make it right" for everyone. I'll continue to purchase from him in the future for all OEM parts.
