it also appears that stuff is getting drop shipped from different dealers.
Perhaps my stuff is being walked across the Atlantic...
I wish I hadn't tried to save a few dollars and just went to a local Honda dealer in the uk.
Has anyone had actual contact from him or had anything shipped in the last 4 weeks? (When I stopped being able to contact him)
Unfortunately I don't have the option of paying him a visit although I am tempted to price up a return flight over 2 days....

Another update from me - My credit card company has refunded me, I am sure they have contacted him. I do hope to hear back from him now atleast. The 1st email I sent him - I told him how silence is about the worst thing and that I needed to hear from him. He was responsive and called back. But, that didnt seem to last for long. Then, when I said I was going to file a dispute, I heard back with some information. This time - nothing!
I will continue to update everyone here!

I have nothing to say about HTG (never ordered from him), but this situation does show why I always order things with a credit card that allows me to dispute the charge and get a refund if the goods aren't delivered, aren't as ordered, or are defective. After all, even a seller with a good past reputation can encounter a long list of problems beyond his control. But if I don't get what I ordered, I still want a means to get my money back, and credit cards do this best.
I just shot them an email for an ETA on my order (originally placed on June 29th) ... I received an email last Friday (July 10th) stating the ordered had been changed to 'Completed'. Still waiting though ... and still no tracking info ...
I know shipping will take a little longer (as I'm in Canada) ... but for the $250 shipping fee, I'd think just a few days would be all the time it'd take.
Will continue to update ...
Oake
