Just call him,I spoke with him yesterday, and at 8:00AM this morning, My Hard top is on the way to the dealership then soon to be on its way to me

Do right by him and make it public. It could to a lot for your recent PR. Otherwise, I don't know why anyone would consider that type of a purchase if they can't go into it knowing that they will be treated fairly.

I called him today and he said my order from 3 days ago would probably go out today, still waiting for a confirmation. Picked up the phone right away though and was very helpful. Hopefully it gets shipped tomorrow.

I recently placed an order

The order was missing a crucial component

I have:

1. Called
2. Called and Left a message
3. Emailed

NO RESPONSE WTF?

It's been days - If I didn't respond to my clients in an hours time they would be going haywire.

I was forced to purchase the part from a local dealer cause I needed it by this weekend and I don't have time to worry about the whereabouts of a long lost vendor.

Now i'm out $35 bucks.

I've called numerous times with no answer. It's been well over a month since my order. Rediculous.

To update my post, my order was placed on August 3rd picked up by Fedex August 10, on its way to me. I hope its complete and will let you know once it comes tomorrow.

It's weird seems like most of the cheaper orders go through quick while the people with hundreds-thousands in purchase wait months with no response. Really poor customer service going on. Hopefully he changes it quick before it's too late..
