My Experiences with HardTopGuy
I figure I should chime in here. I've boughten many things off Jeff through the years, and my latest buy was an OEM hardtop. I got my softtop slashed and seats stolen, and he was the first vendor in mind to contact. Even though his latest group buy on hardtops had expired, he gave me a good deal on an OEM hardtop plus hardware at the expired groupbuy price.
When I received my hardtop I opened the box to this:

I obviously refused the the shipment, and this was definitely not Jeff's fault, but rather the freight companies. I was extremely frustrated, I've been without my car for a month and a half, and I removed all the softtop components out of my car waiting on the hardtop. I will say that it was a little difficult reaching Jeff to make him aware of the situation, but when I got a hold of him he rectified the situation immediately, and sent out a new hardtop/hardware. It came in perfect condition and I'm just about done installing everything.
It's obvious he became overwhelmed due to many circumstances, but it looks like everything is getting back to normal. Give him the benefit of the doubt here, and try to look past this short stint of down time on his part. There's no doubt in my mind that he'll "make it right" for everyone. I'll continue to purchase from him in the future for all OEM parts.

wow..ud think there would be more padding for a 3000 dollar hardtop.
Can anyone help me with an answer to this hardware question? I got the hardware from hardtop guy...I appreciate the help, and need a quick answer. Need to know if i can grab an international quote for a member tomorrow.

Some of it is deserved and some of it is well you know
I've always tried to do the right thing and treat people the way I would like to be treated. These past two months have really turned me inside out.
We will move forward and learn from the past.

I am disappointing it took this long for him to explain the situation but glad everything is working out. Wasn't too hard to post and keep waiting customers updated was it?
I don't think that any of upset customers were out of line and so "called" bashing was for a good reason.
Jeff is lucky he has so many loyal members that kept faith in him. Others that feel ripped off have every right to do so especially with huge orders. After all loyalty/trust has to be earned first, not based on what others are saying about Jeff.
All that was needed is response. Even with my tiny order, silence was just about the worse thing you can do when customers money is involved. I can't imagine how people with 1k+ orders feel.
For keeping people updated.
For taking so long to redeem your self.

did you get your order Dmitriy ? it looks like you waited two weeks by the post.
i don't think Jeff is "lucky" but rather he earned the respect and loyalty from just about all of his customers before this one issue took place

Just got my CR sidemarkers, and it included the bulbs, not sure if the dealer or other vendor includes them. Fast shipping, so that was nice. First time purchasing from him, but always heard good things, glad I was not left dissapointed! Thanks Jeff.
