My Experiences with HardTopGuy
Have to add my $.02. I ordered a hardtop and some other stuff from Jeff on 12/9. I received an email on 12/19 that my items had shipped and there was a tracking number for FedEx. I was a little concerned that the FedEx tracking showed a package at 1 lb. I emailed Jeff if the hardtop had shipped and received no response.
We went out of town for the holidays, but FedEx delivered 12/23 and I received a call from the freight company to schedule a delivery for the hardtop as well! Needless to say, the hardtop was delivered today (12/29) and I was able to install it pretty easily.
I would not hesitate ordering from HTG again. The communication is a little iffy and I was a bit nervous when I didn't hear anything on the hardtop, but in the end it all worked out great! I got a good deal on the ht and received it very quickly. Keep up the good work Jeff!

Having followed this post for a while, I decided to take the plunge and order a pair of hardtop side catchers a week before Christmas. I have to say I was very reluctant to give HTG my hard earned cash, but having spoken to some of the guys on the S2K UK forums, I went ahead and ordered.
Jeff came through, the parts arrived in London 2 days before the holidays. Top bloke, I cannot recommend him enough

I've got my on going battle in trying to get my order fully fulfilled right now too. After ordering my CR lip, wing, and hardware about a month ago, they finally came in (or so I thought) only after I began hounding him for a status update. i didn't get the 8 bolts I need to install my lip and when i emailed Jeff, he just told me to check the packing list (which doesn't even list the bolts, so they never shipped, but without them, there is no way to install the lip to the bumper). When i called, the guy who answered the phone asked who I was and that he was going to get Jeff. The guy who answered came back on and said Jeff was on the other line and would call me back. So not only did I not get all the hardware I ordered ($62!), I still never even got a call back.
For a guy who just made a $1500 dollar sale, you would think he could at least try to make sure the order was right. By far the worst online ordering experience I've ever had, and would never recommend ordering here again.

Worst online experience ever. This guy does not return calls or emails, horrendous customer service in my experience. Seems like he constantly uses personal life issues as an excuse for providing poor service to his customers. If you can't handle/fulfill an order in a reasonable timely manner as promised, DO NOT TAKE IT. Simple as that. This would save your customers a great deal of grief. He seems to have a jekyl/hyde type personality in that some people get good service from him whereas others do not. This is not the way to practice business. It is no wonder there is 19 pages filled with complaints about him. My advice, stay away.
There are plenty of other quality vendors out there who actually want your business and provide exceptional customer service to ALL customers at all times, I'm going to stick with them rather than take any chances with this guy in hopes that I *might* actually get good service.
I previously posted in this thread about how my retainer kit was not shipped with a valve cover gasket, which ended up taking months before it ended up in my possesion.
I was furious....
I would like to add that I decided to give HTG another try and purchased an Ap2 front lip. Despite shotty communication, the lip arrived in about a week (I was impressed)
