I ordered some floormats on June 6th and haven't heard anything since. I sent an email from their site with no luck. I've called numerous times and have not had anyone ever pick up the phone. It goes straight to Jeff's voice mail. So finally I decided to leave him a voice mail and it then says "this member is unable to receive voicemails"

I'm getting really ticked off. I had good luck when I ordered the ap2 lip from them but now it seems like they have disappeared or something

 

I was in the same situation. I ordered a part and did exactly what you did. Finally got an email back yesterday with tracking #. I ordered on the 5th of this month though.

 

so for now dont order until noted otherwise?

 

I need to return a throwout bearing and pilot bearing (clutch came with new ones)

Am i basically ****ed? and have to sell them privately because he ahsnt gotten back to me all week

 

I placed an order Sunday for lower ball joint replacements and received them on Wednesday. I had previously gotten a set of axle nuts and one was not shipped. I emailed HTG with no response but later receive a package containing the missing part.

 

i'm done with him. you should all follow, maybe he will restructure and give heavy discounts to regain our trust!!

 

STOP Ordering to protect your self and to let him catch up. Once he catches up I am sure he will posts saying he is good to go again. That's what >> I << would do.
