But you actually had 45 days from payment date to make a dispute and 20 days from the day the dispute was made to pursue it , so that is 65 days ... if he could not provide the shipping info to Paypal assuming it was shipped to your authorized Paypal address you would have won the claim.
also did you use a Credit Card through paypal ??? If so you can dispute it with your CC company

i ordered injectors on aug 8th, he said i would receive them in 1-2 weeks, i waited 3 weeks, he told me something went wrong with usps. he told me he would look into it, finally i send him a pm telling him im going to open a dispute, immediately i get a message saying he shipped them aug 28th, and i would receive them for sure on sept 5th, and he still did not tell me why they were not shipped in the first place. it is now sept 9, 31 days later, i still have not received my package and he does not reply to the paypal dispute, nor does he answer my pms.

hey everyone. i have a problem with a member "Nhan"
About 2-3 months ago, Nhan contacted me if I had any subwoofer for S2000. I told him I have one, which is a JL10W3V2 sub with JL grill and a box. He agreed to purchase the subwoofer from me at a price of $275. In the bundle, he asked me to provide him some speaker wires. I agreed and even threw in a set of RCA to run from the head unit to the amp. I had a friend delivered it to Savannah and Nhan came by to pick it up. It has been in Nhan
