i purchased AEM Injector Driver and RC 1000cc injectors from this guy and has been ripped off so far. he shipped the item poorly packed and ended up damaging the items. he told me to ship the item back and will issue me a refund. i shipped the item back and so far, he wont respond to my pm and will not issue me a refund. i see him post on here in other threads after i sent him the pm so im sure he got the message i sent him. heres the tracking from fedex 045727810076096

I bought an 02 S2K ECu off this guy on ebay, I believe he is on here also but I dont know his s2ki name. His ebay id is carguy1978_2008, his name is Justen Ashcraft, e-mail is chefashcraft@yahoo.com or justenashcraft@yahoo.com and lives in Georgia.

I won it back in early November. He didnt have paypal so he requested a money order. It took him almost 2 weeks to provide me an address, I shipped the postal money order by certified mail which he received it in 3 days. Once it was delievered, I asked him to please e-mail me when he ships it but he never did. After several emails I sent to him and he never replied, I sent him an e-mail stating I will report it to ebay as fraud, go to the military post office and claim the money order as mail fraud, along with reporting him to the US Army legal office for mail fraud too. He then replied with

"Listen douche bag the package was mailed. I have the receipt but no tracking number becasue the $ shipping didn't cover it going "international". notice international shipping wasn't allowed in the ebay selling page. send it back and I'll gladly sent you $$$ dollars. the piece is worth a shit ton more then what you payed so do whatever you feel."

I replied with

"I never sat here and insulted you, called you names, or cursed at you, so I would appreciate it if you left those comments to yourself. I sent you several e-mails requesting a simple yes or no if it has been shipped and you couldnt do it reply to one (which would have been good enough for me). APO AP is not international since it is only mailed to California where the military sends it to me hence why it costs the same price to ship to California. Any prepaid USPS box for 4.95 would have been enough meeting your $$ dollar shipping cost (which is what I believed you were going to use.) If there had been a problem with shipping costs, you could have more than easily contacted me about it and we could have worked things out. Once I receive it, you will never hear from me again so don't worry about it. Thanks and take care"

Member "threefiftyse7en" is a bad seller. I paid $30 for 3 "I love my Honda" stickers on NOVEMBER 23RD! Where are my stickers? So much for shipping them priority mail within a day or two!!

I filed a dispute with paypal, and I posted in his FS thread. Don't buy from this guy. His communications are very slow to non-existent.

you had my phone number - why couldn't you have called bro? I sent your static clings out. I told you the deal. My friend is one selling you static cling, you will see that on the return address when you get it. I have a tracking number via priority mail to prove it was shipped - file your dispute, but your item was shipped.
I provided my cell phone number and my email address on the thread since I do not frequently visit the site to check pm's.
You need to get your facts right before going and trying to make me look like the bad guy bud...

BTW... I will be more than happy to give you a full refund - send my static cling back and I'll even pay the return shipping. Just don't have the nerve to call me a bad seller because you don't hear back within 24 hrs.

 

1. third party sales are not allowed
2. if you're selling (someone else's) stuff on the board, you should be checking back regularly to ensure good communication
