I bought a used flywheel/clutch combo from Civic5133. There are some very minor nicks in the PP, but everything else was fine from him. The clutch disk and flywheel were still in very good condition from my inspection, I'm getting them re-tested at ACT on Friday just to be safe.

[QUOTE=c0mpleted,Nov 11 2008, 11:07 PM] HERE IS MY STORY OF BEING A VICTUM OF FRAUD/I KNOW ITS LONG, BUT IT MIGHT BE A GREAT HELP TO THOSE WHO MIGHT BE SCAMMED THE SAME WAY

On August 28, 2008 I purchased a Honda S2000 trunk on www.s2ki.com from a user name (spoon-er) through PayPal for $300.00. The seller real name as Gustavo Ferrero. When I've sent the money through PayPal, I then had a really bad feeling that the trunk would probably show up damaged or lost since it would be shipped across country from Florida to California. I then message the Gustavo within 10 minutes after the payment and asked him to refund me back the money since it didn't seem like a smart idea. Gustavo refused and replied that it was too late since the money have already been sent to his bank. I then thought out of the box and continued with the transaction because I was in desperate need of a new trunk since the one on my car was broken. When I received the trunk on September 15, 2008 I opened the box to only realized the trunk was damaged and now unrepairable. I then contact FedEx and told them about the situation, they told me that only the shipper could file the claims. I later contact Gustavo within the same hour and told him about the incident. He claimed that he would take care of it and that he would open a claims with FedEx to get me my money back. At the time, he handled the situation very well and seem like an honest guy. I agreed to wait and went through with the process with FedEx. Within the next month I've sent back the item to FedEx, filled out claims forms with FedEx, talked to numerous FedEx agents and provide information. On October 8, 2008 FedEx have denied the claims. I then called back later on to speak with the representative that handled my claims. After a good 20 minutes on the phone with the agent then reopened the claim and approve of a full refund of $465.00 with shipping fees. She then told me that the check would be sent within a few days to Gustavo and that he should refund me. After, contacting Gustavo over the phone with this good news he later told me that he was going on a business trip to Tokyo, Japan for one month and would not be home. I was really disappointed that I would have to wait for another month for my refund on the trunk. I told Gustavo to refund me back the money since FedEx would send the payment to his address anyways. He declined until he receive the check and continued to create stories how he nor his family members won't be home within a month. I then told him that I would dispute with PayPal and for him to take care of it after he returned but Gustavo insist that I didn't. It then later on escalated into an argument. He then threaten me and said if I were to dispute with PayPal I won't receive a dime from him. We then hung up the phone, he called back later and apologized since he was so busy with work causing him to act unprofessionally. On October 25, 2008, Gustavo said that he would refund me back the money on Friday, November 1, 2008 when he returned from his business trip in Tokyo, Japan. I waited for a few days later and called Gustavo numerous of times on November 1, 2008, Gustavo did not pick up. Today is Monday, November 11, 2008 and I have still not received any refund, returned call, emails, nor a simple message from Gustavo. Gustavo Ferrero have now gained double of $765.00+ from selling his trunk and I have lost $300 with an unrepairable junk. I have numerous proof on record to prove that Gustavo have scammed me. I have warned him with emails and voicemails of my next step if the refund was not returned, he ignored it. So yesterday, I filed a complaint with www.ic3.gov and went to my local Justice court to open a small business claims against Gustavo so he will hear from me very soon. Few hours ago I just got done talking to IC collection agency and what they would do is if Gustavo does not return the refund within one month of the notice his credit score will drop. Tomorrow, I will contact my lawyer to see what other ways I can ruin Gustavo life. Sooner or later, he will see that he tried to $@#! with the wrong person.

Vouches??? I can care what you sold in the past... Im sure you sold plenty of stuff.. but what i have witness first hand, is scam.. a member message me with the same problem and that he was scammed over 1000 dollars worth of stuff as well by spoon-er.. so im sorry but ur story is bull crap... and call your laywer because u will definitely hear from mine... and if you tried to help then just refund me back the money $300.00 and get it over with... instead you refuse and make it difficult.... Quit the crap and just refund me back the money and that would be end of it... refund my money back..
