Im not saying anything about Tommy CUZ I DIDNT DEAL WITH HIM. Sorry for not being more specific, I meant NSPTuner's EBAY REP. JsAP1, I understand about me not being on the site long, like I stated earlier, Im expressing my experience (NOT WITH TOMMY DIRECTLY) with NSPTUNER. So if a description says "style" part then Im buyin shitty parts and by the sound of what you're saying, I should never buy them cuz they wont fit regardless - Im referring to "meaning its not going to fit perfect or almost perfect." WHy would I lie and not mention I was in an accident?? What kind of people have YOU people come accross?? Ever since Ive been on this forum, Ive got NOTHING but negativity, retard this, dumbass that, ****in stupid this, ridiculous that. Where is the support and devotion to fellow S2kers?? Nothing but personal attacks. Alot of heartless, uncompassionate people here. I got a PM from a member saying "Welcome to the wonderful immature world of S2KI.com" telling me how harsh people on here are. I thought this was supposed to be a site where we all share a common passion for a vehicle we all own. Yes, this is a topic not about our cars, but a part but simple expression of displeasure about service is drastically attacked. Dont worry, I'll stop posting since:
1) you people care how long people have been here
2) dont believe anything anyone says
3) judge people
4) care about age
5) personally attack people's character, etc., etc., etc.

 

I just found it SO unrealistic for a company to sue a customer for a small matter like this. Why didn't you try to contact Tommy and get it resolved? FYI, Tommy is the owner of the company.

I am not helping Tommy because he is a friend of mine, I was saying that many of us have delt with him in the past and nothing ever went wrong. This is a fact. I made my judgement based on logical reasonings instead of personal emotions.

 

Xplosiv, Im with you. I think that's way too drastic. Im having high hopes for Tommy, I dont doubt his ability to run his company. I was just sayin his worker who deals with ebay said that they're suing me. Im an honest person and very reasonable. I wouldnt post this to lie and bring bad business to a company I barely know just for fun.

 

I see where your coming from but a lot of us know him and how he does business and have never had problems. Again, like I said there will always be one or two people that you can never satisfy. I called Tommy and I really dont think they are going to sue you.

We attack an s2ki age because a lot of the time the people have no clue what they are talking about and blame other things rather than maybe it being their own fault on a style part that doesnt work when the other 1000 parts (from the same mold)had no complaints. Just an observation. I am not bashing you just giving you observations and my opinion. You dont have to agree with it.

I never shop on ebay because of all the fraud, regardless how cheap you can get something for. If its cheap, then there has to be a reason.

I know who runs the ebay part of the business and they were working it out when I called to talk with them about it. I was actually inquiring on your case because they usually do good with customers. It will work out.

Last but not least, you will alway get that welcome to the immature s2ki site crap. Most of those people telling you that are the former Hondatech guys/gals that came over from there. These are the same guys/gals that come over here to this site thinking they know everything already about this car when a good 90% dont have the first clue where to start with this car. Simple fact. Leave it stock and IMO its good to go.

If you need help with someone or something let a member or moderator know. Most, not all, will go out of there way to help you.

I have dealt with Tommy before and would say he is the absolute best i have dealt with on the board. To me it sounds like you made a mistake by overtightening to try and bend the carbon wing to fit the trunk. You should have given them a call and let them know that it didn't fit. But that said, that was then and this is now. I would not be ranting and raving before you think you have the situation resloved or to a point of beyond repair. It is best to settle that between yourself and the owner/manager of the company. Then post your feedback. Otherwise, you are less apt to be compensated for your troubles. That is just my opinion and I hope you get it worked out. I know Tommy is a good guy and will work with you as much as he reasonably can.
