Okay well i was new to the fourm and it seems like ive been taken advantage of. Im trying to contact Jonnny Kinder or KAY'S, i sent a check to him about 3 weeks ago for a stock silverstone wing. i figured it would take him a little bit of time to remove it and what not but i havnt heard from him in a while. He said he might sell his s2000 so i wont be getting the wing i paid for. Basically this is here so possibly someone could ask him about the wing i paid for. I want either my wing i paid for or my 250.00 dollars back. Someone please try to find him and have him contact me asap. hes not responding to him im's, and pm's. once i get either my money or wing back ill take down this post

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy from NSPTuner. He might have served others with decency but he's gonna SUE me because his product sucks ASS. Blaming his company's inadequecies on ME. I worked at Mazda at the time and me and the accessories guy (who has years of experience) installed a CF OEM wing I got from him and the wing wasnt flush on the trunk. It was like a teeter-totter, for lack of better illustration. So the more you tighten the bolts, the more stress it put on the wing. THEREFORE, one of the screws that stuck out of the wing popped out. The screw was like less than in inch IN the wing so the structural integrity is horrible. He's blaming ME and he's going to the drastic point of SUEING me. He's gonna claim a fraud and get his lawyer and everything into it. Ive never heard of such drastic measures. Usually a GOOD seller/company would guarantee my satisfaction and offer an alternative option. But he would rather waste our time and money than to resolve it in a civil manner. That's what I call customer service. I got the same wing from a different company and THEY kno what they're doing. You SCREW screws INTO the wing, which is MUCH more solid. Nothing to give way and f*ck up on you. Well, wish me luck in court I guess. How sad.

I was really unaware of this situation. I do not handle the sales on ebay and I'm sure that is where you purchased it.
The wing was never stated to be a perfect fit...it is near perfect fit. You are not suppose to over tighten the studs. In doing so, this will allow the studs to snap.
I have personally installed this wing on my trunk to gain better knowledge on the fitment and I highly doubt it is as horrible as you had just described it.

I have sold many of these wings on the board already and really no complaint. Just a reminder, I personally don't manufacture these wings myself, but I do try my best to make sure each spoiler is produced correctly.

Your one bad apple out of hundreds if not thousands and your going to have that.
For all we know you were in an accident and messed up your trunk or you overtightened it. Thats your fault. Do some research before you come on this site and bicker at long term good folks. Your a freaken newbie for christ sakes and I personally dont take anything you say as final since you havent been here long enough to know this company/reputation is a good company. They dont screw people over but you wouldnt know that since you have been on this site 6 weeks?
In my book buy with confidence. I have dealt with Tommy personally on several thousand dollar parts and he always came through and the parts were just as advertised.
You have to realize you bought a "style" part, meaning its not going to fit perfect or almost perfect. They generally have good fitment and thats it. You get what you pay for pretty much. You coming on here slandering a good person with a good company without PMing, IMO is way out of line.
Anyway Tommy will come through and make this right.
I have personally delt with Tommy and his company many many times and the transactions were flawless.

I too have dealt with Tommy on numerous occasions and he has always provided PERFECT customer service. You should to resolve this issue directly with TOMMY next time, rather then coming on here and talking BS. Also, I didn't have any problems installing the spoiler, so maybe you guys aren't too "professional"
