When I took this in to have it inspected. They opened the housing flushed the diff and went thru inspecting everything but the ring and pinion. The second photo of the cap being broke in half is BS and was broke by some one on his end in some way to look like I sent a BS diff. I don't know if you found a better deal on a diff like you were talking about going and seeing before you bought mine or what. But to write up this whole I am a bad seller and I sent you a bogus diff is nonsense. I have done many trancactions with people and have never had any problems. I sell on Ebay all the time and till this day still have 100% feedback. For you to buy a used item and then say oh well I didn't like it or I found a better deal so give me my money back is crap. As I have stated before this item was sold as-is and there will be no refund.

This may or may not be up to you at this point. If he payed via CC or PP he can recoup all of his money. You have no say so what so ever. However, if he paid cash or MO then yeah you would be able to keep his money but you will still be branded a bad seller on this site.

I have known Spacecowboy for some time now and he is not someone to make up stories on parts. He is too old for that crap.

Spacecowboy can also request to have the moderators go back and look at your thread and they can tell him if you edited your post. I caught several guys/gals doing that and the moderators sent me the PMs with proof. So hopefully you didn't edit your post/thread.

From the looks of the pictures he posted its a worthless piece of junk, warranting no money. Just my observation/opinion.

I believe I still have pics of the diff open and the caps being just fine. As per paypal. I will also have a chance to explain my side as well. I have had another buyer try to pull this crap before about the item I shipped him being broken and tryed gettng a full refund thru payapl. In which he was denied.

Don't even waste your time bro. Send that shit back. If you payed via PP or CC have them credit you back the full amount and tell them you never received anything. Don't waste another minute with this guy.

I guess I myself, am a bad guy. I sold Nhan a J's reacing half bumper which I paid pretty close to $700 for. I told him for $400 it was his. I have never sold or shipped ANYTHING prior to S2KI.

I did not realize how much shipping was going to be. I sold my OEM lip and tried to send it in the OEM box through USPS and they said it was gooing to cost $117 dollars due to the dimensions of the box. I instead took it to UPS who only charged me $75.

Knowing now that I had put my foot in my mouth, I realized that Nhans half bumper would cost even more to ship correctly. I promptly PM'ed him and told him the situation and that I needed money for shipping and left him my phone number to call me.

When he called he could not believe that shipping could cost that much. I told him it cost me $75 to ship just a lip, all I asked was for $100 for shipping (knowing it would be more than even that, but figured i'll take the loss on the rest).

He then began to insist to me that he had shipped a lip through USPS and prority at that, for $50.

At this point, with him questioning my integrity, thinking I was out to screw him over or something, i'm just going to paypal his money back to him, with the 3%, and call it a day.

I am a man who values and respects his name. No one knows me well enough to question my ethic. I have done nothing but try and hook people up and go out of my damn way to make sure all my customers are happy and receive what they want, I will not be SLANDERED by Nhan who was willing to pay more than $500 for the bumper from another member not too long prior to me getting it, without the shipping.

You crossed that sacred line with me Bud. i don't care if this causes me to get banned. My credibility speaks volumes from the other members who know me and who have purchased items from me.

I made a damn mistake, and apologized for it. I never lost contact with you Nhan and was more than polite with you till you questioned my intentions.

Sorry for the novel, but frustration is an understatement. I'm shaking this shit bothers me so much. Nhan, you'll have EVERY DIME back in your account tonight.

Bill
BNB = good guy in my book. I had the same thing happen to me. I sold a rear bumper and shipping was ridiculous (UPS was charging $200 to custom make a box alone). I promptly refunded the buyer's money plus 3%. Buyer was understanding and called it a day.
