tlegend is failing to tell the whole story....unfortunately. We agreed on a set price which was $5** on what I had described to him. Once I took the wheels off I noticed one of the front tires had a nail in it and one of the rear tires wore the inside tread blocks a little more, so there was some uneven tire wear. I agreed to give him a partial refund. I refunded him $140 for this mistake of mine. More than appropriate!!

Now when the wheels and tires were shipped. They were strapped in pairs. In shipping they got split. So initially 2 wheels showed up. Once Ahmed contacted me I was on the phone with UPS trying to figure it out. I was able to track down one of the wheels. I had it shipped from where it was to him. No shipping refund from UPS. Out of pocket...... Since then I have been on the phone numerous times from then until this past Friday. Somehow the 4th wheel ended up with FEDEX Ground......they had no earthly idea how they got it. Now tlegend has been pretty patient through this whole process.

Sept. 28th I had the 4th wheel located and shipped to him, again out of pocket....so for $360, he got a set of MINT TSW wheels staggered, with tires.....I paid the initial shipping of 4 wheels at $110. I had to pay for the lost 2 wheels to be shipped again at $33 each......

He will now have his 4 wheels, this will be a surprise to him. He doesnt believe what I have gone thru to get this transaction complete. It has been alot of rigorous work and more money to have completed this transaction than what is was worth. I just hope he will be happy now. I am sorry but I am a completely honest guy and I never burned him.....I have been on top of this situation since I have known about it and now has a happy ending and complete closure!!!

 

 

RAGINGAZN.....sold me a stadard OEM driver side mirror when I bought a "convex mirror made by Muz". When asked about it, he just told me that the convexity was really light, and that I would have to look closelly to see it...............DUDE, LOOK AT THIS CLOSELY olo

 

HAHA.. okay first of all this was like almost a year and half ago...

the story behind it,

I bought the driver convex mirror from a local member and never installed it. he said it was a convex made by Muz, i trusted him. after 6 months of sitting on my desk I sold it for like i think it was 30 bucks. Its seriously been like 2 years since i've sold it to you. Now when you pmed me a long time ago and asked me what the deal was, its supposed to be exactly like the passenger side. Since you were a newbie I wasnt sure waht you were expecting, its not that noticable.

Now I've sold a lot of stuff here on the boards and this is the first ever complaint. Infact I've sold doors, full carpet interior, soft tops, exhuasts, and whatever stuff people want for a cheap cheap price and never had a problem.


If you had a problem with that you should have pmed me back 2 years ago after I replied to you.

Pm me if you want your money back after 2 years.. hows that shit for Customer service. I dont even have oem mirros. look at my sig. whatever.. i cant believe this shit..

Ragingazn is a good guy and to soil his name on a deal that happened 2 years ago because you decided you did not like what you purchased is pretty lame.

It wasnt 2 years ago..It was less than 1 year ago, as I just proved to Ragnazn. I clearlly told him that I wasnt happy with the product he sent me, and he didnt offer to do anything about it. That to me simply constitutes a bad seller. This transaction was brought up in conversation, and I was reccomended to post here, thats why its only come up now.

Honestlly how do you look at a stock mirror, and think that it is convex? Convexity is clearlly visible in the passenger side mirror, or any other convex mirror. He sold it to me under false pretense, and didnt offer to reimburse right away.

This is tantamount to someone buying "volk racing s2000 wheels" and being shipped OEM's instead... Contacting the seller afterwards, and being told to "look more closelly".

the difference is not sending oem versus volks wheels buddy, considering how you can get a set of oems for 400 shipped and a set of volks go for over 2k shipped. big difference.

I took pics of the same exact mirror I sent you and they were posted when I started the FS thread. I bought it from a local member, which btw 2 other very very honest and upstanding members of the az forum can vouch that the mirror sold to me was convex. When I bought the mirror it did not have the oem glue on the back, thats I know it was not the oem, it had the glue that Muz sells.

Seriously I'm not out to cheat somone out of 30 bucks, that to me isnt worth the headache and bull shit that i'm going through at this very moment.

1. I were in the States still,
2.it was within a month of me sending it to you,
AND
3. you said more than, "it doesnt look convex", I would say, "ya know what, send me the mirror back and I'll refund your money" just to get rid of you.

But seriously who's to say that you're going to send me back your OEM mirror now and say it was the mirror I sent you? Do you get my point? I'm not going hand out money blindly when the mirror sold to me which I sold to you is infact vouched as a MUZ convex. the convexity of the mirror is that of an oem passenger side mirror, not the APR gt3 mirrors which are have a larger convexity angle (terminology check)

I would love to hear other peoples opinions on this, cuz I really dont know how to react to what I think is

 

well..then forgive me for your blindness because thats simply all that this amounts to. If you have some sort of a vision problem I totally accept the possibility that it wasn't done in ill faith.
