Since you gladly accepted his money, you should gladly send him the exact parts as described in your FS thread. This is your problem, not marc2's.

Questionable seller: trendy threads / webestore

I purchased two shirts from him 6 months ago that I never received. After multiple attempts to contact with no replies I gave up.

He comes back and offers the shirts again where I ask about my order, he says to pm him the information. I pm'd him with order information 5 days ago with email address but still no reply.

Someone else who had placed order contacted me asking if I had gotten shirts because his order was delayed too.

Now the thread is locked. What's up with that? It would be nice to have an s2k shirt to wear to Tokyo Auto Salon next month.

Greg wouldn't try to steal your money. Just give him a call at his store and I'm sure he'll take care of the order.

It seems as if you do not like my offers. Instead of buying to two different parts and sending them to me I will accept a cash refund that equals the amount you will spend. I have the vortech boxes I need in hand from my friend. I bought them from him for $400 so you make the call how much you want to refund me. If getting this resolved asap results in me losing money then so be it.

BAD SELLER -> lexar13

I bought a wastegate from him. I was told that it was a Tial 44mm Wastegate which normally is around $320 brand new. He didn't even know how much it was so he asked me how much it is worth. Instead of lowballing him, I told him that I will pay him $200 + shipping and sent the payment to him immediately.

A couple of days later, I got the part and it was in a very very bad condition. But the worst part was that it wasn't a 44mm Wastegate. It was a 38mm one which I have one for sale brand new for $200. I asked for a refund and he told me he is not working right now and he had to pay bills with that money.

I again was nice to tell him that I can wait. One week passed, two weeks passed and no reply. I told him to borrow the money from someone and send it back to me. He replied to me saying that if I need money, I should ask my friends ?????

He told me that I was acting like a dick ??? I waited another week, he didn't reply to my PM's but he did make posts on the board meaning he got the PMs.

I offered him to refund me $100 i he doesn't have $200, and I will sell this one for $100 to cover my loss. No replies.

Today, I PM'ed him for the last time saying if he doesn't refund me the money, I will make a post on the BAD GUY THREAD.

Finally got an answer from him. The exact PM is: "i could not care anyless!!! you have a great day. "

He is a cheap SOB who screws people for $100. Have a drink on me you THIEF, looks like you need to steal to live...

Today, I PM'ed him for the last time saying
