I don't know what to say about the paint....but for your fitment issues, you should take off your rear emblem and it should fit perfect.

 

*NOTE ITS NOT SUPPOSE TO GO OVER THE EMBLEM*

The actual spoiler came with the gap that is supposed to outine the emblem. If you look again at my car there is no emblem and that is what it's meant for. The paint issue on the first picture is due to rubbing against the rear quarter panel. If you would like I will post pics of my trunk lid and quarter panels to show you that it in fact rubs. A majority of the BYS owners in SD have the same problem.

As for the crack, that was NOT there when i took off the BYS nor was it there when it was shipped out.

 

From a neautral POV, you should have mentioned that the spoiler was modified to not use the Honda emblem as he might not even think about that when buying. Also, if you didn't tell him, you should have told him that it rubs the rear quarter panel. Those are things that the buyer deserves to know.

Again, this is just my $.02. I've never heard of "vtecissexy" and have talked to JDMGhostrider a few times via PMs. My POV is from a neutral position.

What's up brother, you are right I totally agree with you. I apologize for that, I should've been more detailed with these things.

 

I don't know either of you and regardless of the other problems, that paint is simply unacceptable. Sanding marks don't happen in shipping and that many is rediculous. Looks like it was prepped and painted by a 5 year old.

 

I actually remember him mentioning this in his first FS thread...cuz i remember asking him about what he meant by "filled". I think he just forgot to put it in the new thread after the previous buyer backed out

This is what I would like to happen. I WILL split the cost of shipping this item back to you. It will be very cheap because I kinda work for a shipping department. And I would like a full refund. This spoiler is simply unacceptable and I'm embarrassed to have this on my car.

So you're telling me you want to split the cost of shipping the item back to me? when I covered it in full. And on top of that you want a full refund of the 230 - 3% paypal, which essentially comes out to roughly 223 not to mention you agreed to cover the 3% paypal. To me, that isn't fair. Not only did you taste test a product and basically called me a liar but you morally degraded my character here on s2ki.

 

Why not split the cost of respraying it?

 

jdmghostrider - you degraded your own character. This is obviously had problems BEFORE it was sent out and you failed to mention them. Dont you see that? And stop saying I only sent you $230 it was actually $236.90 which is $230+ 3% durr. Anyway, the pictures prove this spoiler is messed up. Hell, even where it's "supposed" to go over the logo its messed up and you can not tell me that magically wasn't there before you shipped it just like everything else.
