All those with an issue involving AmuseAP1 must contact ME directly and be prepared to provide all evidence you have of the transactions in question. If you do not have any claims against him then stay out of it.

Update: The issues involving AmuseAP1 are significant. Do not transact business with this member in any form. His "reputation" hinges on the fact he has been a member for a long time. If you have an issue with him it is important that you bring it forward ASAP to me directly. There is a case file going.

Please don't be tempted to take a bullet on this, it's very, very nasty. Prosecution is forthcoming but I need everyone to contact me so we can coordinate the evidence for the Sheriff's office. Prepare printed copies of all communications, receipts, notes, logs, etc. and have it ready to go. I also suggest you immediately start a small claims action against him and his partner for the return of your money. Do this immediately, like tomorrow morning. It's easy. I am preparing the case for delivery to the Riverside County Sheriff's office and US Post Inspectors but need what you have.

If you think he's a great guy then step back as we reveal the "real" Christopher Houg in technicolor. You'll find it interesting. This is a low-grade confidence scam.

Thank you.

Currently selling items on for sale board - made deal to buy mirror at $30 shipped - told him I would pay him Paypal in morning as my account is tied to my work e-mail address. Deal was done both sides - can post communications.

Next thing I know he sold it to someone else stating that his ad said no deal completed until paid for - ad did not state that s I just read it before making this post - sure he is editing it now.

Somehting wrong here - caveat emptor.

In response to the post above....I had disclosed this in my thread...

"Lowballers will be ignored - Again, these prices are FIRM. Please only PM me if you are purchasing and need to start the transaction. NO Sale is final until payment has been received!! Please refer back to this thread before sending any payments. The sold items will be marked."

View the link here: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...f=107&t=295960

Also please also see the "Good Guy Thread" as I am listed by one of our moderators Moyopoyo.

I have not only been a contributing member here for three years, have over 550 posts, and have been through many transactions here on the board. I have always resolved any conflicts during transactions. You can also view my ebay feedback ratings Here

I have already apologized sincerely and numerously for the cancellation of the sale. I believe I sold to a buyer who not only purchasing multiple items, paying instantly, talked to on the phone, as well as being active here since Sept 03 with over 250 posts as opposed to a member that has been here for 45 days with 66 posts. I made a decision and will stick by it.

Posting was changed after sale - even if it had limitations as he states, he knew and agreed to change by e-mail - in other words he sold the same item more than once. He changed his terms of sale once he knew and agreed to a modification - rule of implied contract under US commercial code. Believe he got more than my offer that he agreed to by e-mail, I can post thread if necessary - not very nice or ethical for that matter. Seller will not stand by his word - RevIllusions

I'm not gonna air out any more dirty laundry here anymore. As far as I am concerned, this matter is closed.

All I was saying was that he had explained some things to me because I was questioning what he was doing with some of our local members. I was looking out for them because they were complaining. Anyway I will step back.

I had an issue with AmuseAP1 also, but I hardly consider it something to go to court over, though I think it goes along with the reoccuring trend of complaints... He agreed to purchase about 800 worth of product from me, and again, I got the check is in the mail line. About 3-4 months goes by, with nothing but excuses as to how a money order could be lost, etc. etc. Finally I found a new buyer and sold the more expensive item locally, but never heard back about the missing checks... In the end, I don't really care, but to see what he is doing to other people, I figured I would post this rather than get myself involved in a legal battle... If he didn't want the product, he could have just said so rather than killing my sale for months on end....

MIKECL713

Bought his damaged gt1 wheels. I proved with pics and he denies it. I take it to the tire ship, they confirm the damage. TireRack also confirms over the phone that the damage is not a normal wear and tear. I asked for a refund + shipping back to him and he refuses. IF i ever see him, I'll rape him...no JK , but seriously...im pretty ticked off about blowing hundreds of dollars on something I can't use...
