I hate posts like this.What makes one member more important than another? Bottom line is he inspected the clutch and took it.It may not be a good clutch but no one was trying to rip anyone off here...

 

i agree...its like saying newer members are less of a member comparing to older members. this dont make sense...

also, jus to add a point to what i said about giving drewchie his money back and giving my parts as well.

i am giving it to him because i want to prove to him that i am a man of my word that my parts are good, and i am not a scammer as what he tot.

Mr alejo. read my previous post and he misinterpret it by making his own rationale to justify what he wants to believe "that i dont want it back coz its no good anyway, so i dont want it back".

i am sure if i ask it back...i will hear some coments saying negative things again.. so one can justify what the wanna say..

Its because forums are about riding other people's nuts. The more stars you have, the cooler and more important you are. Now if the color of the stars change, then your even cooler.

Judging from the pictures, the clutch does look pretty good. I cannot tell if the clutch has heat spots or not but more detailed shot would have been better.

Let's be clear. I've received NO REFUND and Jiro has made no attempt to give me any $$ back. Just because he posts here doesn't make it true.

Jiro, if you're really willing to refund the $$, then I would insist on returning the parts. I am NOT trying to come out ahead. I just want what's right. I don't want the parts. Despite your insistence, several people have now told me that they're no good.

I tried to resolve this with you in private before posting anything on this board. You refused to even discuss any kind of refund. That's why I posted initially to warn others. (This thread is supposed to be like "feedback" on eBay) If you are truly ready to exchange my cash for your parts, please contact me. (You have my phone number, and PM is also an option.)

For those of you who think this is a matter of "how many stars you have"... the individuals who have posted in support of me have known me personally for many years and have done business with me. It's not about stars, it's about friendship and good business.

On eBay, there's a reason that you feel better dealing with someone with lots of 100% positive feedback. Go back to the start of this thread and see how many times my name is mentioned in connection with a transaction... there's never been a single complaint!

It doesn't mean Jiro isn't honest, but it's a pretty good indication that I am.

Being here longer doesn't make me better, it just establishes a longer track record of trust. Scammers don't last very long around S2ki.

If Jiro is sincere in resolving this, it would definitely show that he's now willing to stand behind what he sells. That's all I ask for. If that's the case, then I hope to see him with a whole bunch of stars next to his name years from now. We need more stand-up guys around here.

As for the battle between the few stars and the many...c'mon! Nobody is saying anybody is better because they have a bunch of stars next to their name... that's really silly.

Jiro... your parts are waiting. I would be most happy to return them to you for a refund and I will post accordingly that you did the right thing. I would not endorse the parts... they're not good, but perhaps you made an honest mistake and sincerely believed you were selling parts that were servicable.

I contacted you first to resolve this before posting here. Perhaps you should now contact me directly and resolve it? As promised above, I will post here immediately if you do take care of this.
