Here is my experience with Logic Motorsports
I got prices via PM here for spoon plugs and 6 pack of OEM oil filters
I sent the payment via paypal.
Next day, I get an email saying prices I had are incorrect and spoon plugs will take a month for me to get.
they also said OEM filters will be $62+shipping, it cheaper to get it from a local dealer, come on.
and they suggested that I get passwordJDM plugs instead for $45 shipped!!
passwordJDM has them on their website for 29.99 shipped!!

What a rip off...
I did get my refund but it cost me about $8 for fees both ways.
I guess it was an $8 lesson not to deal with them again.

I think PARTSHELPER so far in my experience should be in the bad guy thread.

They absolutely have had the worst customer service that i've ever delt with (and i've delt with a lot of crappy companies with poor communciaton skills). I e-mailed them regarding a spugen exhaust. I wanted to purchase one brand new & also get one repaired.

What do I Get? no response. week goes by and I figure the exhaust is worth it... i'll try again. E-mail them again. No response. I e-mail a third time, and get a response with a telephone number in which they can be reached. I call the telephone number, and as no surprise, i get no answer but i choose to leave a voice mail. Did they return my call? Hell no.

I try again the day after and get the same scenario. I love the exhaust but it's not worth being ignored. So far all I can say is thumbs up about the exhaust, but thumbs down for the employees and the communication that follows the employees; sorry as all hell.

 

I've had nothing but GREAT experience with them.

Maybe its just a misunderstanding, but nevertheless - you got your refund.

Nice how you sell the J's Body kit from under me when last night on the phone you told me to call you by 6:00pm today . I wrote it down clear as shit on the back of a denny's placemat. I even repeated your number and times back to you. Between 10am and 6pm Im looking at it as we speak just disgusted!! I went to chase at 5am to transfer cash to my account so you could get payed in full today. That just low man, real low.

I called you at 3:48pm today "he's not there, left in a hurry" they said. Then sends me a message yep its sold sorry...
