I don't have a dog in the fight. I just find it difficult to fathom that a seller of many, many parts on here would jeopardize his reputation and possible future sales over such things. If the buyer was adamant that he received junk, I'd think he'd have posted pictures right away to substantiate his position.

 

Let me answer a few of the question. I sent him 15 pictures from my camera, as far the tear in the driver seat there was nothing said about tear on 17 June when he received the seats only on the 21 June when he posted. I also posted the email about the pay pal on 21 June I forgot it the first time
I have parted out 16 S2000 so far and sold 90% on this site and have had one other person have a problem and I returned his money. Look me up on ebay under davgoat I have a 100% perfect feedback.

I have purchased items from Davgoat in the past. He's a good seller.

as far as rust on the seat pan, even my car has had that problem. My guess is it's the metal and oil from hands. I just removed my dash and there is rust on some of the brackets. If you have seen the pics of my interior that is up foir sale , you will see that no water has ever been in my car, it's just the factory metal.

so what about the ebay feedback?! If I had bought them on ebay, we wouldn't be having this conversation because you have more to lose with your perfect feedback. You misrepresented the seats, plain and simple.... and $50 wasn't worth it to you to resolve this? I should have asked for MUCH more, in order to repair the seats and worthless rails. In fact, I showed that I was willing to compromise by lowering my original request from $75...

 

Any assumption made on my part was based on what and how you presented your side of the disagreement and my experiences, both on this board and specifically with the seller. Folks should read posts wholly.

 

it think it is worthless to go on with this arguement. davgoat, you're saying you parted out 16 S2000s. You are making a lot $$ money obviously. Just refund the guys $50 and you both get out of this with no damage.

 

I have the three emails that I sent to ECU Pirate with the pictures (sorry I was wrong there is only 12 not 15 pictures but more than 2 that ECU pirate said he received) that were attached to them and I would gladly post them if I was able to figure out how to do it. I know just enough to get myself threw the basic on this computer if some one can help me out in very, very simple way like computer for dummies way I will post them. Also excuse my bad spelling and grammar.
