Update: I see the seller charged you a 3% paypal fee. That would be against paypal's rules.

I sent the money and thats the last I heard. I have tried to contact him by PM on this board - no answer.
I filed a paypal dispute and won but they won't refund my money.

 

It just gets me how you can be the first one posting interest in an item someone has for sale and then you say "I want to buy this... can you do this price?" and the seller responds with..... "I sold it to someone where it was more convinient for me"

I'm sorry you have hard feelings Silver S2k4. Your last offer to me indicated a lower price than what we had discussed.

I understand that you feel aggrieved because you were actually willing to pay my asking price. However, there was no way for me to know that you were willing to do so from your last offer, which asked for a discount. With that frame of reference, I subsequently decided to go with one of the offers for my asking price.

KstreetDC sold me a set of stock wheels and winter tires spring of last year.. By end of July he still hadn't shipped them (couldn't find boxes) and I'd decided to sell my car so I just asked for my $500 back..

Since then he's been making up excuses..(laid off, trying to sell car, parts etc)

I was able to get his phone number from somewhere else and when I call him he gives me some BS and that's that..

I doubt I'll ever get my $500 now but just hope everyone else gets a heads up and doesn't deal with this guy...

THANK YOU GUYS..... I was about to buy a hardtop from this clown IIGQ4U and came across this stuff about him. What really needs to be done some anyone new does not come across him is baned him from here. It seems there is more then enough on here for that.

 

You are terribly mistaken. I do not sell on eBay and I live in San Diego.
