ok then you're validating my point? If you weren't from the same state county court would not suffice, interstate is on a federal level.

Honestly I already said goodbye to the money. I looked into small claims court and the fees are more then he owes me. So I just do not see the point of that except for the principle. There is nothing I can do about the situation. My only hope was to finally come on here and hopefully get his selling privilages taken away. Assuring that he does not get a chance to screw anyone else over.

I know I made the main mistake of allowing him to have the intercooler without receiving money first. I guess we learn the hard way. I just felt like I could trust him as I was talking with on the phone and through text message on a weekly basis. All I can take blame for is trusting him.

If I can provide any other information for anyone please post what you would like to see. I will do whatever it takes to prove my point.

 

if you go to court you can make him pay your court cost too so its not a lost cause....but it has to be part of the suit

 

Your claiming I bought something from you but didn't pay for it. What does that have to do with selling privileges? I have never had one issue with anyone for anything I have sold on this forum.

 

Not going to happen... I can promise you that. One it is up to the judge and two he was already paid.

Seth, I've had one interaction with you on the board (due to you not knowing how to follow rules) and then having a fit when told to do so...your character came out there and here.

You don't need a court system to tell you whether you're wrong or right here. This is so petty, and it just goes to show how the community has gone down the toilet. If you owe the dude money, pay him and get it over with. Your threats of a lawsuit is just exacerbating the situation and making you, him, and the whole community look like idiots. If you have paid him, show him the cancelled check and be done with it. If you haven't paid the guy for the intercooler he sold you, sack up.

Honestly guys, I don't really know either of you guys but settle this like adults and move past it. Cuz honestly, let's look at the outcome of this. Seth you're going to sue Martin and S2ki for slander? What caused the slander? The fact that there is no verification of payment, if there is proof of it, bring it forward and bury the hatchet. If you can show that you paid him and he received the money, end of story. The fact that you guys are still arguing about this shows that someone is not being honest here. If you sue S2ki and Martin, you migh be feeling better about your feelings getting hurt but if you owe him money pay it and there is no reason for further "slander" as you claim. If you haven't paid it and you owe it to him the responsiblity lies on you. Why are you guys paying via check here, and fronting parts without payment? Not a smart method of payment. Let's stop crying about hurt feeling, finish the transaction and be done with it. Yet another sad day on S2ki.com turning into freaking honda-tech. This situation is worse than my 6 and 7 year old arguing about something stupid.

Again, I don't know either of you, but coming from a 3rd party, unbiased perspective, this is lame. Just my two cents.

 

 

Almostlude I do not want to argue with him. Since I made this thread he has sent close to 10 text messages threatening me. I said bye to the money a long time ago. He is making personal attacks against me. That is why I decided to make this thread. Everyone can make the decision for themselves. I have nothing to hide. I will have more information posted later tonight.
