You sent me close to ten text messages deamanding my address. Why would I respond to you asking me the same question? I will not give you my address. Reading is key here, or lack of for you. All my information was posted like 4 times in this thread. Full name and address. I will not provide you something you can already see. Only reason this thread is open is for me to delete my personal information, which I have now done.
Yes you are threatening me with a $10k lawsuit. Seth I have all text messages from July 1 2009 as that is how far my phone goes back. I will be more then happy to post every single one of them if you think I am hiding something in them. You continue to admit fault all the way to Feb 2 2010. When you apologize for taking so long but you finally have the money. If I cashed a previous check why would you text this to me? Also supposedly send another check to me? Why all this if a previous check was cashed by me?

Post up a copy of the canceled cleared check and end this matter....or pay the guy the $150 you owe him. You already have his address if you've sent him three checks, right?
AFAIK, Martin is NOT the punk here. He's been on this site and apart of the UMW community for 8 long years. He's always been upstanding as long as the UMW has known him; I will attest to that.
As for wasting your time, it would have taken less time to make sure Marty was paid and/or posted up the cleared check versus going through all the vitriol you just did.
The only "defending" you need to do is to prove that you paid Marty...nothing more; there's no need to respond to each and every post.

1/ Ask a friend or neighbor
2/ Go to kinkos and use their equipment and then email to yourself
3/ Have your bank email the statement and cleared check
You know how to post pics and dyno plots, this should be easy and go a long way to clearing this all up.
