Once again sorry about all of that Thanks for being so patient.

 

Tried to beat out black friday sales by ordering 2 weeks prior. Friend who ordered on black friday got his items before me..

 

Did they give you an ETA when you purchased the product? I got my receipt the day I purchased it. Took a few more days before I got my tracking number. Most of these companies put the order in and the supplier ships them, unless they specifically say that they have them in stock at their shop. Even then, I ask for an ETA.
If it was supposed to be shipped right away, I would have waited weeks.



On a side note, I was told I would get confirmation on Friday once it shipped. No confirmation. The rail is coming from California though so they could have left before the shipment info was sent.

 

Yep I got a receipt for payment right away. If you look at the page before, I wrote what had happened. The Eta was 2 weeks to assemble then ship. One month had passed and I had no word from them. Nothing. I called in and asked on my order status and then I had received my tracking. I've purchased many items from different vendors and it's a first I had to follow up before tracking information was provided.

and..... it's almost 1pm... and no shipping confirmation...

 

 

Email sent. No response.
PM sent. No response.

Received an automated email saying that my order has been processed. No tracking number. My guess is that there was no package shipped on Friday like they said they would.

 

If Moderators and Admins get this kind of run around from a vendor, what hope do the rest of us regular users have? Very discouraging.
