It will, provided you modify the fenders/fender liner a tad, and depending on how low you are.

Any updates on folks using thr gorilla extended lug nuts with some (extended) track miles?

i prefer not have to run extended studs if these gorillia extended lug nuts are feasible on the track

I've used them for the last year, that includes 10-11 track days and approximately 800 track miles (and about 2000 street miles). Have had no issues with the lugs, they have worked flawlessly and I have not broken any studs. The wheels also have held up fine during that time, but they are they thicker spoke version.

How is an extended lug nut a workaround for not having a long enough stud?

Is it normal for this to fall off the back of the hun? Is it a piece if the eccentic hub? Do I need to worru about replacing it or having the piece back on?

It has zero miles on it, i just mounted it on the car to check how much fender rolling it may need.

That is the hub centric ring. It helps keep the wheel centered. While not 100% required most people recommend using them if you can... especially if you already have them.

But yes it is normal for them to come off sometimes. They are not physically attached in any way. Just held in by friction.

Is it part of the hub centric ring or is that the whole ring?

How much of the fender needs to be rolled? Front and back or just fronts?

That piece of plastic is the whole hub centric ring. If you went to a store and bought a hub centric ring that is all they would give you.

The extended lugnuts used here do not extend further from the seat of the nut, but the shank extends further into the stud so you get more holding power (more lug nut on the stud length).
