I noticed when I put my car in my garage that it had this weird knocking sound. Idek how to describe it its definetly not rod knock but im wondering if it might be TCT ((((((((((((. I attached the audio

That sounds a lot like a loose bolt somewhere. Check the alternator and starter bolts?

ive checked the engine bay throughly and cant see or feel anything loose at all

That's really peculiar. It's almost certainly something rattling or something loose. Maybe take off the belt and check for play/a rattle?

Possible sticking BELT tensioner.

Run it for 30 seconds without the belt to be sure.

Im going to try and see if its the belt tensioner a bit later on today. It sounds like its coming from the tb which is pretty weird, hopefully its just that tensioner and not something more serious

Car Analogy

While belt is off, take this opportunity to hand spin each pulley, tensioner pulley and idler pulley (front center of motor). Make sure they spin smoothly and silently.

If not, you'll want to look for bearing replacement diy. There is a very good one on youtube. Search Diyguys s2000 pulley.

You could have more than one issue.
