Default Hardrace Toe Arms Question About Washer Placement

For those of you running hard race toe arms on lowered track cars, what orientation do you have your washers in?

I called Hardrace and they just said you can adjust based on your cars configuration. I know there is a whole process to measuring bump steer, but since it's a binary decision I am just wondering what others went with as a starting point. My AP1 is running ohlins with a 1+ inch drop w/ the f/r RCA's.

What is the goal? Deleting bump steer fully or just reducing it? And why?
