Doube posts/threads

Lately I've noticed that there are a lot more "double posts" appearing. By double post, I mean either there are two (or more) new threads started in exactly the same, such as:

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=305671

Or two replies in the same thread like this:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=301621
(Sorry, forgot how to link to a specific message, but if you scroll down you'll see the two identical replies by AsianQing)

Lately I've noticed that sometimes when I post, after I hit the "post" button, it does not go back and display the posted message; but instead, it shows a blank page. So maybe some users are thinking that the post did not happen and posts again?

Our main webserver crashed last night due to a configuration error and we are running off the two backup webservers since about 9PM last night. There are a few irregularities. Someone is on their way down the datacenter to fix the main server so hopefully that will be back up shortly.

Yes, something similar happened to me last night and this morning. I hit Reply and get a blank page that says "Please Stand By" at the top. I closed and logged on again to find my post did take. I did see three postings by someone last night, all with the same time on them. So don't think he posted three times...seems to be a triple post from the system?
