maximum file size
what is the maximum file size limit for the gallery? I can't get anything larger than 3.9mb by bulk upload or standard means yet there are animated gifs posted from other members exceeding 8mb & they are in the s2ki gallery.

I can't get anything larger than 4mb to upload as well as 2 other moderators... regardless of whether it is pc, mac using firefox, windows ie, or safari
