For the most part I like change.
But when it comes to message boards, they are fine the way they are.

Sure I'd like to see some improvements in some areas, a perhaps more refined search, some graphical touch ups, but they aren't needed.

This site is pretty straight forward, with most if not all topics having a distinct place of their own.

I usually can find whatever it is that I'm looking for and I would agree that adding more sub-forums would be even more confusing.

But I'm just a free loading guest, don't take my word for it.

(I'm scrounging up change for a membership though).

 

Do we have a DIY forum/ place where they are supposed to go?

 

Go take a look at the "FAQs" stickied at the top of the Under the Hood forum. In fact, you will find many useful things stickied at the top of key forums. Maybe spend a little time looking around.
