What's with the Library?
What's the deal with the Library forum. Seems that people keep posting new threads asking questions. Can we put up a sticky with the title of something like:
NO NEW THREADS TO ASK QUESTIONS!
While it is natural for some posting to go on in the threads that are there for informational purposes (guilty your honor), for some reason new folks seem to see it as a place to go for information (which it is) and if they don't find it, ask the question there.
Maybe all the threads in the Library should be locked.
