A good set of turbo cams might really help you out because the optimum cam profile for turbos is a lot different then the OEM cams which are really optimized for NA. People complain a lot about cams for this car and the real reason is that the OEM cams are pretty good and there isn't much to be gained for an NA application unless you do a lot of engine work. However, for turbo the needs are really different, so even an average cam design should produce good results. The thing is though it probably won't increase your peak HP. It will mostly increase your spool and your mid range torque.
Nevertheless, I haven't seen a lot research on people trying different cams for the turbo cars so you will be taking some risks. BC sponsors a turbo S2000 and it's pretty strong so maybe their turbo cams are ok. The only other firm that makes turbo cams is Skunk2.
If you upgrade the cams you should probably change out the springs and retainers while you are in there. I would use Supertech springs and retainers.
You only need arp studs if you are running 13+ PSI of boost, if I recall correctly. I would do a lot of research on how to install the ARP studs because some people have trouble with them.

All of the Brian Crower cams that I've seen tested in FI cars lost hp. Unless they have changed since they originally came out, they are not a good choice.
Also, I've seen a very expensive built head put on a 600whp s2k and watch it lose power. The stock head put back on and power right back to where it was before.
